Chiller City is located in Metro-Phoenix, Arizona. In the past 4-5 years we have specialized in working directly with Semiconductor, Aerospace, and Scientific Laboratory companies located in the Western United States.

Chiller City's goal is to help provide companies with an evaluation, recovery and remarketing plan for their excess inventory, facility closure, and/or facility decommissioning. Chiller City stresses the importance of site safety and security. We strives to make the assest removal and/or facility closure efficient, timely and most of all cost effective.

We have experience ranging from a single asset removal, to complete facility closure and decommissioning including working as a team member for Hazardous Material Decontaination, Demolition & End of Lease Teneant Improvemnets (TI).

With all of the Environmental and Safety issues in today's world why would you just let company in your faciltiy or on your site: Chiller City has employees with the following certifications:

• OSHA [29 CFR 1910.120]
  Hazardous Material training for personal working with or responding to hazardous meterial spills, site cleanup or waste handling.
• US EPA AHERA:
